Dune Palms Drive closed at the wash in La Quinta due to flooding
Dune Palms Drive is closed between Highway 111 and Blackhawk Way right at the wash in La Quinta due to flooding, according to an official with La Quinta Public Works.
Rainfall has been consistent throughout the Coachella Valley throughout the entire day Friday. Surprisingly, many roads around Palm Springs weren’t impacted by the rain and remained open.
The only other road closure reported Friday was Cathedral Canyon Drive at the wash in Cathedral City.
