Temporary jobs available for Riverside County Fair & National Date Festival
The Riverside County Fair and National Date Festival is quickly approaching, and organizers are looking to fill multiple temporary jobs. If you or someone you know is looking for a job, applications are now being accepted.
The 71st annual fair takes place February 17-26.
The temporary jobs are listed under three classifications. Officials said they’re looking to hire custodians and laborers. These two positions play a key role in keeping the fairgrounds a fun, clean and safe place for all the festival-goers to enjoy, according to the release.
All interested candidates need to apply online.

All candidates must be able to pass a background check, drug test, and physical exam. Applicants must be able to read and write in English. All must also understand and follow oral and written directions, according to the release.
Applicants must also be able to work the entire month of February.

Gates open at 10 a.m. and close at 10 p.m. throughout the ten-day fair. Purchase your tickets early and receive them at a discounted price: $9 for adults, $8 for seniors, $7 for youth, $7 for group tickets or bus tours (minimum of 25), and $22 for Unlimited Carnival Ride Wristbands.
