Indio police search for shooting suspect

The Indio Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred Monday night. One person is recovering at the hospital and is expected to survive, Sgt. Dan Marshall said.

The shooting happened at about 9:15 p.m. at Dillon Road and Fargo Canyon. There was no suspect description but officers are investigating all leads.
