Tennis star Rafael Nadal was enjoying some free time in the desert following his elimination to Roger Federer at the BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells.

Nadal stopped by The Nest in Indian Wells Thursday night for some drinks with friends. He is pictured with the owner of The Nest, Dodi Henry.

Henry said this isn’t Nadal’s first time at The Nest. He came by in 2016 for dinner as well. She said Nadal was very kind and polite, and he stopped to take a lot of pictures with fans.

The BNP Paribas Open 2017 continues through Sunday. Federer beat Nadal to advance in the tournament, and learned Friday that he will be playing in the semifinals after his opponent was forced to withdraw from the tournament due to suspected food poisoning.
