Desert Hot Springs Police investigate stabbing

Desert Hot Springs police received a call about an assault with a deadly weapon near Cactus Drive and 3rd Street around 12:30 a.m. Tuesday morning.

According to police, the victim suffered from a non-life threatening stab wound and is being transported to a local hospital.

No word on any suspect or suspects at this time. Police are still investigating the incident.
