PSPD investigates crash involving pedestrian on Ramon Road

The Palm Springs Police Department was called to a crash Monday just before 11 a.m. on Ramon Road and Farrel Drive. The crash slowed traffic on Ramon Road while officers cleared the wreckage.

Officers confirmed two vehicles were involved in the crash. A pedestrian was injured in the crash. Three people were complaining of pain following the collision and two of them were taken to the hospital, according to police.

KESQ and CBS Local 2 have a photographer at the scene where a sedan crashed into a utility pole at the intersection. There was an SUV being taken away on a tow truck as well.
