4 detained after victim spots suspects driving stolen car in Palm Springs
The Palm Springs Police Department has detained four suspects who were seen driving a stolen car on Thursday, and officers said it was the victim that reported the information after spotting the suspects driving down the road.
According to Sgt. Hutchinson with PSPD, officers recovered the stolen car near Overture Drive in the Windy Point area.
