Girl found safe, father still on the run following AMBER Alert

Authorities said a 4-month-old girl who was abducted by her father Tuesday night has been found safe, but her father is still at large. The man abducted the girl at about 8:25 p.m.in Mountain View, located in Santa Clara County.

The girl was found safe about 34 miles away in Livermore.

Madilyn Wallin is white, two-feet tall, weighs 15 pounds and has brown hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing a white top and pink Ballerina outfit.

Her father, Michael Lenard Wallin, is 45 years old, white, 6’2″, weighs 220 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white Golden State Warriors t-shirt. He has full body tattoos including on the top of his hands, according to the CHP.

The Mountain View Police Department reported that Michael Wallin had been in an argument with the girl’s mother when he fled with the girl Tuesday night.

They were traveling in a blue 2007 Nissan Altima 4-door, with paper plates. The car has both front and back end recent collision damage, authorities said.
