Reporter Jeremy Chen and photographer Christopher Flicker said the cat had burn marks on its ears and paw, and it was limping when they found it.

They brought the cat to Animal Samaritans where it’s expected to receive medical treatment before determining if the cat belongs to anyone, or if it will be placed for adoption.
