Cal Fire crews respond to fire at Thunderbird Country Club

A Sunday morning fire at a house in Thunderbird Country Club is now out.

Cal Fire Riverside responded to a fire on the 40-700 block of Paxton Drive at 2:58 a.m. on Sunday.

Crews responding says smoke was visible from the exterior rear side of the home near an exterior barbeque and chimney.

The fire was contained to the barbeque and chimeny at 3:20 a.m.

Fire crews estimate $25,000 worth of damage was caused by the fire.

No injuries reported.
