The sexiest city in the United States is in the Coachella Valley
Local tourism officials in Palm Springs say its designation as the ``sexiest city” in the United States by Victoria’s Secret comes as no surprise.
“We couldn’t agree more with Victoria’s Secret,” said Mary Jo Ginther, director of the Palm Springs Bureau of Tourism. “Palm Springs continues its legacy as a playground for trendsetters and celebs, with a revival for the young crowd discovering the authentic history of Mid-Century modern design, but with an updated vibe that is playful, colorful and undeniably sexy.”
Victoria’s Secret’s 2017 “What is Sexy” list was released this week, with Lady Gaga making the cut as “Sexiest Songstress.”
The singer is a headliner for both weekends of the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival and in between has been filming scenes for her starring role in a remake of “A Star is Born” at the Empire Polo Grounds in Indio, where she’ll take the stage again on Saturday night.
