Man in critical condition after being shot in the head
A man is in critical condition after being shot in the head inside a car in Indio Sunday night.
Officers with the Indio Police Department are investigating the shooting, which happened in a residential cul-de-sac near Monroe Street and Sierra Avenue around 5 p.m. The victim was taken to a local hospital suffering from a gunshot wound. He is said to be in critical condition. The Indio PD did not release any information on a suspect.
