The plan also includes building a path on the wash side near the Four Seasons community out of view of residents.

In recent meetings, folks that live in the four seasons community have made complaints that the proposed route goes too close to their property and infringes on their privacy. Palm Springs Mayor Robert Moon has been very skeptical of the proposed project — especially after Rancho Mirage and Indian Wells decided not to be a part of it.

The vote is a recommendation Mayor Robert Moon will bring to the next Coachella Valley Association of Governments meeting, scheduled for May 15th.

Several people made public comments both for and against CV Link at the meeting.
