Officials said police officers and firefighters know better than most the need for a safe, ample community blood supply, and they’re inviting you to help fight against the summer shortage.

According to LifeStream’s news release, when you roll up a sleeve in support, you’ll receive LifeStream’s popular ‘Guns & Hoses’ T-shirt and be eligible to win a pair of Disneyland/Disney California Adventure “park-hopper” tickets in June or a pair of Knott’s Berry Farm tickets in July.

Officials said we count on our first responders 24/7, and they ask if they can count on us for one hour to give the gift of life.
