3-vehicle crash causes traffic delays at Ave. 48 & Jackson St. in Indio, avoid area
Two people were taken to the hospital Friday afternoon after a three-vehicle collision occurred at the intersection of Ave. 48 and Jackson Street in Indio. The collision is in the middle of the intersection and is impacting traffic in all directions.
The third driver involved in the crash was still at the scene talking to medics, authorities said.
Sgt. Dan Marshall with the Indio Police Department said to expect major delays and drivers should avoid the area Friday afternoon while authorities clear the wreckage.
