Accused cop shooter to appear in court today

A known gang member, accused of shooting a Riverside County Sheriff’s Deputy, is expected to appear in court Monday.

Jeremy Chen is live in Indio this morning with new information.

Gildardo Davila, 27, has been charged with the attempted murder Deputy David Solis after allegedly shooting him in Coachella on Thursday, May 25.
