Bail set at $5 million for gang member accused of shooting Deputy
A known gang member, accused of shooting a Riverside County Sheriff’s Deputy, appeared in an Indio courtroom Monday.
He denied all allegations against him, pleading ‘not guilty’ in the case. A judge set bail at five million dollars.
Gildardo Davila, 27, has been charged with the attempted murder Deputy David Solis after allegedly shooting him in Coachella on Thursday, May 25. Click here for in-depth coverage.
