Police prepare for holiday travel rush
Today marks the start of the 4th of July holiday weekend period, and a lot of people will be heading out early today to make the most of it.

The Auto Club of Southern California says we can expect this year’s holiday travel period to be record breaking.
Interstate 10 was wid open Friday morning, with no reports of trouble.
Triple A expects approximately 44 million Americans to travel 50 miles or more from home over the coming week, 3 million of those travelers here in Southern California.
This is a 3 percent increase from the 4th of july holiday last year.
