Four people displaced after Desert Hot Springs house fire

Sixteen firefighters battled a mobile home fire that displaced four people in Desert Hot Springs on Sunday morning.

The fire was reported at 8:25 a.m. at the County Squire Mobile Home Park in the 66400 block of Dillon Road, said Jody Hagemann of the Riverside County Fire Department. That location is just west of Palm Drive, and north of
Interstate 10.

“The fire was contained to a room and contents of a mobile home,” she said.

The American Red Cross was requested to assist the four adults who were displaced. No one was injured, Hageman said.
