It’s back-to-school today for the CVUSD
Coachella Valley Unified School District students and teachers are returning to class for their first day of the 2017-2018 school year Wednesday.

CVUSD serves a wide area in the eastern Coachella Valley including the cities of Indio and Coachella, the communities of Thermal and Mecca, as well as the Salton City in Imperial County.
The district has approximately18,800 students.
This upcoming year will see new changes such a new superintendent.
