Valley nonprofit offers family safety camp in Sept. to teach kids how to fend off abductions

Risk reduction and self-defense classes for children are available for families throughout the Coachella Valley.

Valley non-profit Christopher’s Clubhouse offers Family Safety Camps every month to empower families with information and skills to keep them safe. The next camp offered is Sept. 2, 2017 from 9:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m. at the Portola Community Center at 45480 Portola Avenue. Reservations are required and can be made here.
