Three local football teams make preseason poll

Rancho Mirage, Xavier Prep and Indio are all ranked in the CIF preseason poll in their respective division with week one of the prep football season set to start on Friday.

The Rattlers are ranked No.2 in Division 11, while the Saints are No. 10. And in Division 13, Indio is ranked No. 6.

The polls are released by CIF every Monday and change weekly.
