Construction closes stretch of Ave.44 in Indio
The city of Indio’s Public Works Department and Indio Water Authority announced on Monday the road closure of a section of Avenue 44 at Terra Lago Parkway from October 23 to December 14, 2017.
Detour signage and traffic control will be placed to direct traffic around the construction area.
All residents and guests of the Four Seasons at Terra Lago community must enter through the main gate on Terra Lago Parkway from Golf Center Parkway.
As part of an ongoing developer-managed street improvement by K. Hovnanian’s Four Seasons, 18-inch water mains of approximately 1,800 linear feet, reaching approximately 600 feet west of the Terra Lago Parkway intersection at Avenue 44, and approximately 1,200 feet east of the same intersection will be constructed for the Indio Water Authority by Jones Brother Construction.
