Porn star, rapper running for White House in 2020
There is lots of talk and speculation about who will be running against President Donald Trump in 2020.
A lot of celebrities have floated the idea, but an adult film star and a rapper think they are the ticket for the American people.
Cherie DeVille is looking to move from pornography to politics and running against President Trump and whoever else puts their hat in the ring.
“If we are pulling away from electing only politicians for our higher offices, I think as a small celebrity in my own right I would be a good choice for the American people and for the world at large,” DeVille said.
KESQ reporter Joe Galli sat down with DeVille in her home in Los Angeles to get her stance on important issues. It turns out she has a pretty diverse background. DeVille has been a physical therapist for 17 years.
“I have worked in hospitals, I have worked in nursing homes, and I have worked in outpatient clinics and there is nothing more heartbreaking than seeing a family that can not get the health care they want or need because of money,” DeVille said.
DeVille has a handle on many hot button policy issues that come up during a presidential campaign, including education.
“Because college is so important to getting an entry level job in the United States I think it should be like high school. I think we should provide at least some higher level educational institutions for free,” DeVille said.
DeVille’s running mate, Grammy award willing rapper Coolio, is anything but conventional.
“Somebody got to do something man, somebody got to try. We need normal people, we need normal regular everyday people in office,” Coolio said.
Coolio has unorthodox ideas about politics some might call conspiracy theories.
“I believe there truly is a Deep State. And I think there is a Deep Deep State and nothing is what it seems,” Coolio said.
As interesting as the views are, he does believe in draining the swamp, which was a big part of Trump’s campaign.
In a county, at a time, where people think an actor such as Dwayne ‘the Rock’ Johnson or an entrepreneur such as Mark Cuban could also be serious candidates, it shows politics is changing in a major way. Can a porn star be president? Maybe.
