Police investigating shooting in La Quinta
Police are investigating a shooting in La Quinta Wednesday evening.
The shooting happened near the intersection of Avenida Montezuma and Avenida Ramirez at around 4:40 pm, according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department.
Deputies on scene said that they do not believe anyone was hit in the shooting.

Authorities do not have a suspect description at this time.
