Car goes over side of Highway 74
Authorities are on scene of a vehicle that drove off into a ravine, fifty-feet from the road on Highway 74 in Palm Desert.
According to Cal Fire, the accident happened at 10:41 a.m. on Highway 74, just east of Vista Point.

The vehicle, a silver SUV, landed next to a car that had already been there.
The driver suffered moderate injuries, and was lifted out to be transported to the hospital.
Authorities closed off the southbound lane.
