Winter storm soaks Palm Springs

Monday’s wet weather forced people to dust off their umbrellas and caused roads to be slick and potentially dangerous.

Many moviegoers huddled under awnings to avoid getting soaked.Across the Coachella Valley roads were soaked and folks on foot were forced to do what they could to stay dry.
