Lockdown lifted at Cal State San Bernardino
Classrooms at the Cal State University San Bernardino was on lockdown following reports of a shooting in the campus Wednesday evening.
According to CSUSB’s twitter page, at around 6 pm, there were reports of gunshots near the Visual Arts Building and Parking Structure West.

Authorities confirmed a single shot hit a campus building. No one was hit in the shooting, it was not an active shooter situation.
The University asked students not leave the campus and remain sheltered in place as police searched the campus. Campus police went checked each building and escorted students out.
Everyone on campus was cleared to leave at 11:36 pm.

The remainder of Tuesday night’s classes were canceled. Classes will resume Wednesday morning.
