Juan Angel Lopez, 36, is accused in the Dec. 7 stabbing at a transient camp in the city, an arrest warrant declaration alleges.

Following arguments between the siblings that occurred throughout the day, Lopez allegedly approached his 35-year-old sister while she was talking to another person and stabbed her in the face, according to the declaration.

The sister, as well as other witnesses, were able to positively identify Lopez as the suspect, according to the declaration.
