Two local girls punch their ticket to State Wrestling Championships

11-local girl wrestlers competed in the Master’s Meet at Roosevelt High School in Los Angeles hoping to earn a spot into the State Wrestling Championships. Two local athletes punched their ticket to the February 23rd-24th State Tournament in Visalia with Palm Springs’ Cindy Zepeda coming in 2nd while Britney Garnica of Cathedral City came in 7th to advance.
