Thousand Palms man dead after rollover on I-10 at Desert Center
A Thousand Palms man is dead following a rollover on Interstate 10 in Desert Center.
The accident happened on westbound Interstate 10 west of Desert Center Rice Road in Desert Center at around 6:00 pm.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a vehicle overturned in the center divider. Riverside County firefighters arrived on scene and confirmed one fatality in the accident.
The Riverside County Coroner’s Office identified the man as 53-year-old Gildardo Felix of Thousand Palms.
