Indio toddler treated and released after two-story fall
A 3-year-old girl who tumbled out of a second-story window at an Indio apartment complex
was released from a hospital without serious injuries, Indio police said today.

The toddler fell just before 3:30 p.m. Wednesday from a window at the Summer Field Apartments at 83385 Gemini St. It’s unknown whether the girl lives at the complex.
Indio police Sgt. Daniel Marshall said the girl was conscious when she was transported for treatment via a helicopter that landed on the field of the nearby Davis Sports Complex.
Indio Police Department officials today reported that the girl was evaluated and released with no major injuries.
