Man injured in overnight La Quinta shooting
A man was hospitalized Friday morning after being shot at a La Quinta apartment complex.
Riverside County Sheriff’s deputies say they received reports of gunfire at the Wolff Waters Place apartment complex just after midnight.
A friend drove the man to a hospital with a gunshot wound. Deputies say he suffered non life threatening injuries and found evidence the man was shot at the complex. They said the man was uncooperative at the hospital.
There is no suspect information at this time as deputies continue their investigation.
