Palm Springs Police looking for man they say robbed same liquor store twice

The Palm Springs Police Department is reporting two armed robberies at the same liquor store, and investigators believe the same robber is responsible for both holdups.

The first happened at 10:00 pm, March 21st, at the store in the 1400 block of South Palm Canyon Drive. The suspect pointed a gun at the clerk, demanded money, and got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The second holdup happened at 7:14 am, Tuesday, April 10th.

The suspect in both cases is described as an Hispanic, or white male adult.

During one of the holdups, the suspect wore sunglasses. In the other robbery, the man wore a hoodie.

Anyone with information on the identity of the suspect is asked to call the Palm Springs Police Department Crimes Against Person’s Unit at 760 778-8411.
