Numerous pool parties set for Coachella Fest weekend

Didn’t get your hands on Coachella tickets this year? Don’t worry, there’s still plenty of festival festivities to occupy your time this weekend. More and more Coachella pool parties are popping up every year.

“‘Nix Cosmetics’ is doing a huge pool event. We have Alexis Bittar who has the famed Bittar bus who will be selling Coachella Festival inspired jewelry. You can come to the ‘Saguaro’ have a Coachella experience that isn’t in the polo fields,” said Matthew Shough, general manager of Saguaro.

While many make it hard to get your name on the list, that’s not the case for the ‘Saguaro.’

“It’s open to everyone 21 and up you can go to the Saguaro.com and get tickets for all six days of parties and we want to be an inclusive member of the community,” Shough said.

The party offers up 6 days of fun for weekend 1 and 2.

“We have DJs from Southern California but then we have some surprise guests that are a little bigger international. ‘The Saguaro’ has really built a reputation internationally as uncomplicated fun,” Shough added.

‘Arrive’ in Palm Springs is taking the same inclusive approach, hosting a party on Saturday.

“We’re excited to have ‘Lucky Brand’ take over ‘Arive’ this Saturday from 12 to 6 for their second annual ‘Desert Jam Pool Party.’ They’re going to be featuring a performance from Charlie XCX and Harry Hudson,” Chantel Pae, director of brand marketing for ‘Arrive.’

While that guest list has closed, they still want to welcome guests this weekend and next.

“The pool area will be open Friday and Sunday for everyone to come by. This Sunday, we’re doing a new moon yoga poolside with a local yoga teacher Samara Stone,” Pae said.

Expert advice, don’t be fashionably late if you want to get in.

“Get here and get here early and if you’re still looking for rooms we still have a little room weekend 2,” Pae said.
