Palm Springs Women in Film & Television to host event packed with industry leaders
Palm Springs Women in Film & Television today will host its April mixer, “Producing Extraordinary Results,” featuring guest speakers from the film industry.
The event gets underway at 5:30 p.m. at the Colony Palms Hotel in the Palme d’Or room, once the part-time residence of Frank Sinatra.
The mixer will include guest speakers Kim Waltrip, director and producer of Wonderstar Productions, and Mark Harris, producer of films like “Crash,” “Gods and Monsters” and “Nostradamus.”
Actress and writer Kim Orsini, who has appeared on shows like “Nashville,” “Criminal Minds,” “The Bold and the Beautiful” and “911,” will moderate the discussion.
Tickets are $30 for members and $45 for non-members and can be purchased at https://www.pswift.org/event-2851547 .
