Shadow Hills discus thrower Victoria Soto advances to State Championship

Shadow Hills High School senior Victoria Soto became the first female in school history to qualify for the State Championships with a 6th place finish Saturday at the Master’s Meet in El Camino. The valley was also represented by James Green III in the long jump who finished 9th overall.
