The scoop on Palm Springs’ newest ice cream shop

Something sweet is being dished up in the desert. Kreem Ice Cream just cut the ribbon on their new store.

The shop at the curve on 170 East Palm Canyon Drive serves up ice cream that’s all made in-house in small batches three to four times a week using mostly organic ingredients.

Kreem is already getting rave reviews from locals who enjoy some unusual flavors like coffee granita and confetti. Bloggers have also stopped in for a sweet treat and an Instagram worthy picture.

“I try to have a good handful of traditional ice cream, and vegan ice cream available,” said owner Bianca Simonian. “We do a canine cone. I try to change up my flavors quite often but we do a lemon meringee pie always, cookies and cream, vanilla bean.”

Due to popular demand Kreem recently extended their hours until 9 p.m. Su-Thur and until 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
