Officers also found the alleged thief, Matthew Wall, 29, of Menifee, hiding in a nearby veterinarian’s office, according to Munoz.

According to Officer Ryan Railsback of the Riverside Police Department, a staff member identified Wall as the driver of the stolen car and he was arrested. At this time the Sheriff’s Department is not releasing the suspect’s identity as they continue to investigate.
