Roads cleared after rollover crash in Indian Wells

A sedan and SUV collided around 12:30 this afternoon in Indian Wells, causing a black sedan to completely flip over in front of the Indian Wells Golf Resort.

Investigator Armando Munoz with Riverside County Sheriff’s Department said drugs and alcohol were not factors in the crash.

The person in the flipped car suffered only minor injuries. Investigators say no one was taken to the hospital.

Traffic was backed up for a few hours as crews cleaned debris from the street and investigated the scene.
