Eisenhower Health phone services back up after hours-long outage

Phone services are back up and running at Eisenhower Health following a four-hour outage Thursday afternoon.

Lee Rice, the communications specialist for the hospital, said the outage only affected phone and data services. Rice also said the outage did not affect power to patient care areas as staff has protocols for outage situations.

Anyone attempting to patients can once again call the hospital’s main phone line.
