Storms overturn three big rigs near Salton Sea
Southbound Highway 86 was closed Thursday afternoon after three big rigs overturned due to weather conditions.
El Centro CHP confirmed the accident was weather-related saying, “got really windy and rainy all of the sudden.”
The accident was reported at around 4:30 p.m. HWY 86 is closed at Ave 86.
CHP said there were no injuries reported.
