Male juvenile hospitalized after Coachella shooting

A male juvenile was hospitalized for treatment after suffering a gunshot wound Sunday night in Coachella.

First responders transported the injured minor to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The incident happened around 10:30 pm.

No suspects were in custody.

Police said this was an ongoing investigation.
