RSO K-9 teams awarded in state-wide competition

This past weekend, 37 different K-9 teams from across California and Mexico participated in the Bakersfield Police Department K-9 Trials.

The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department K-9 team received several awards in the competition including:

Overall:
2nd Place: Deputy Matthew Cramer and K9 Dayka
3rd Place: Deputy Jesse Deacon and K9 Chico
5th Place: Deputy Dave Morton and K9 Troy

Building Search :
2nd Place: Deputy Heath Noyes and K9 Hyde
3rd Place: Deputy Matthew Allert and K9 Grady

Area Search:
5th Place: Deputy Heath Noyes and K9 Hyde

Narcotic Vehicle Search:
1st Place: Deputy Matthew Allert and K9 Grady
5th Place: Deputy Dave Morton and K9 Troy

Narcotic Parcel Search:
4th Place: Deputy Jesse Deacon and K9 Chico
5th Place: Deputy Dave Morton and K9 Troy
