The Selena Experience comes to Spotlight 29 Casino
Los Chicos Del 512 performed in front of a sold out show at Spotlight 29 Casino Saturday night.
Fans of the Tejano Queen, Selena Quintanilla filled the Casino showroom ready to dance and sing a long to all of her hits.
This was the third year Los Chicos Del 512 took the stage at the casino.
The seven member band has performed all over the United States and Mexico bringing fans a show that resembles what Selena’s were like.
A group of people drove as far as Victorville to the Coachella Valley to see this tribute show.
Some even dressed up.
Marketing Coordinator, David Leon, says that Los Chicos are one of the favorite tribute bands to continuously perform at the casino and they intend to bring them back again next year.
Evelyn Molina, “Selena”, says that she hopes to bring the younger generation a feel of what it would have been like to be at a Selena concert.
The band performed all of Selena’s hits including “Bidi bidi bom bom”, “Baila esta cumbia”, and “Como la Flor”.
