Suspects arrested in connection with Desert Hot Springs burglary

Five suspects arrested Tuesday following a warrant search in Thousand Palms have been identified.

Christopher Kissel, 26, of Indio, Anthony Castillo, 22, of Palm Springs, Elizabeth Ingram, 38, of Desert Hot Springs, Adam Gomez, 29, of Cathedral City, and Joshua Nesseth, 28, of Sky Valley, were arrested at approximately 2:45 PM when a search warrant was executed at a residence on the 30000 block of Via Las Palmas in Thousand Palms.

The warrant execution was spearheaded by Detectives from the Desert Hot Springs Police Department, with assistance from the P.A.C.T. Team, the CHP, and Riverside County Deputies from the Palm Desert Station Burglary Suppression Team. The warrant was in reference to the burglary of a large storage locker in Desert Hot Springs.

The suspects were arrested on charges including burglary, possession of methamphetamine, and parole and probation violations.

According to an officer on the scene of the investigation and warrant service, some of the property was recovered. Several minors who were present on the property were interviewed by Child Protective Services.
