One Class at a Time: Cathedral City Elementary School

Cathedral City Elementary School won our October One Class At A Time award!

Ms. Hadley plans to use the $500 award from the Walter Clark Legal Group to purchase more instruments and tools to better teach her first-grade students how sound works. This would include drums, maracas, tuning forks, etc.

“It’s about having student engagement and student materials and so we are learning about vibrations using different items,” described Hadley, “It’ll be put to excellent use and used year after year”.

Walter Clark of the Walter Clark Legal Group exclaimed, “We are very impressed with the work [you’re] doing and we understand that all the studies show that learning the elements of music help in every other respect of their education — higher IQs, language abilities and so forth”.
