Photos of Gucci store burglars released

The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department has released photos of several burglary suspects wanted in connection with and early Friday smash-and-grab burglary of the Gucci Store on El Paseo in Palm Desert.

The burglary, which occurred at 3:30 a.m., resulted in two separate high speed-chases. Deputies pursued the two suspect vehicles, which both traveled northbound until reaching Interstate-10. Both suspect vehicles were then seen heading westbound on I-10; one pursuit terminated near Banning, and the second pursuit was terminated at an undetermined location due to safety concerns.

One abandoned suspect vehicle was discovered in Banning. No injuries were sustained during the incident, ensuing pursuit or following investigation.
