Spa Resort Casino rings in the New Year with an 80’s throwback
We may be ringing in 2019, but one of the biggest parties in town is taking it back to the 1980’s.
Spa Resort Casino is celebrating a Rockin’ 80’s New Year’s Eve Party tonight starting at 8 pm. Musical director for the Los Angeles Clippers, DJ Dense, will be kicking off the event.
Starting at 10:30 pm, Broadway’s Rock of Ages Band will be jamming out with 80’s hits from Bon Jovi, Foreigner, Journey, Whitesnake, Poison, Joan Jett, Styx, Pat Benatar, REO Speedwagon, Twisted Sister, Quiet Riot, and more. There will be 80’s lookalikes posing for photo opportunities and plenty of food and drink available for purchase.
The east coast countdown will start at 9 pm on screens around the event space, and the night will end with a fireworks show at midnight.
Tickets are no longer available for the concert, but if you are interested in watching on screens outdoors and enjoying some of the other entertainment, it’s $10 at the door.
