Authorities seek help in finding missing at-risk man last seen in Idyllwild

Update – 2/21/19:

Hopper-Jasinski’s body was found Thursday morning. According to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, there were no signs of foul play in his death.

Original Story – 2/19/19:

Authorities are seeking the community’s help in finding a critical missing man last seen in Idyllwild Tuesday.

Piotr Hopper-Jasinski, 62, was reported missing from his residence in the 54800 block of South Circle on Tuesday.

Hopper-Jasinski is described as:

White male, 6’01 170 pounds.

He was last seen wearing:

A dark gray jacket dark green pants black boots a teal green beanie

Authorities say Hopper-Jasinski suffers from multiple medical conditions. Hopper-Jasinski does not drive or have a mobile phone.

Family members say his disappearance is out of character.
